ftp client that allows remote admin?

Is there an ftp client, not server!, that allows you to control it remotely? I know about FXP, but most of the time I'm going to be transfering between 2 NT machines so that rules it out. I also don't want to install an intrusive backorifice type program if possible. Thanks
