FTP and VNC to internal network

hi all, i just recently enabled NAT on my network. Hence I have all internal ip addresses now :). however, im not sure how i can access my ftp/vnc servers from the outside world. is there something special i have to do?

Yup, forward the proper ports to the LAN boxes. port 21 tcp to FTP sevrer, etc.
When accessing outside, enter your router's/firewalls WAN ip and you all set.
