fscking next door neighbors have left their dog outside

ok just looked out the window and one of the dogs was in the pool and couldn't get out, that was the one crying. so i ran over there and pulled it out. now they're all just barking.

it's 40 degrees here.

Call the cops, complain, and get a report. I doubt the cops would do something about it today, but something could happen with enough warnings to your neighbors.

Yes, bring the dogs inside, warm them up, be a nice ATOTer. Then call the cops/ humaine society/ animal control and deal with the neighbors.

neighbor got called, sweater was taken off the dog (hello, they have fur!) and now they're all sort of sitting together.
