If you're not doing it already, a nice header on each page (page number, title, other irrelevant pieces of information) can be used to pad the page, and allow you to push the upper margin down another .25-.5 inches. Similarly, footers can be populated with relatively worthless bits of info tangent to the main content of your paper.

Thats what I always thought. I don't have more then 6-8pages double spaced to say on any topic in the universe.

i HATED 8 page papers in college cause I could never fully develope my thoughts. Fortunately every paper I had almost was 20 pages or more

Best trick ever:

Format -> Font -> Spacing - set character spacing to expanded, choose a value that's not noticeable, usually anything under 0.3 points is unnoticeable and can gain you probably a page or two on a 20 page paper.

Mine was on the implementation and integration of a system at my company. See, we had real jobs and our theses had to be related to that job. A thesis without real world practicality or usage is pointless, IMHO.

I have lots of fun but I have a serious problem with procrastination. Its just a diffrent way we get things done. You get things done ahead of time and then slack off the rest of the time. I slack off the entire time and then lose one nights sleep over it. No biggie.

For instance..had a porfolio due today...did it this morning lol.

Now...even though I procrasitnate hardcore I always make sure I can get my stuff done. 16 pages by 4pm atleast in this time zone(eastern) is damn near impossible for a senior thesis. Those things need to be written well...checked over many times, and have sound ideas/research. Good luck buddy.

yeah...you need to spend some time researching the hell out of that stuff even for a freshman research paper
