FSB/RAM question

I just purchased a barebones computer and added a HDD, DVD Drive, RAM and Graphics Card plus installed Vista 64 bit.

CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad 9400 2666 MHz
Motherboard: MSI P45 Neo2
RAM: Kingston HyperX 4GB (2 x 2GB) PC2 6400

When I run CPU-Z it says my FSB is running at 134.7 MHz with a multiplier of x8.0 and rated FSB of 538.7 MHz. This is below the capabililties of these products. And also the RAM is running in Dual channel mode at a DRAM frequency of 134.7 MHz. I know nothing of changing the BIOS. Is this something I'm going to have to figure out to get the most out of what I've put together?
