I have a MSI KT# Ultra2 MB (Recently installed). I have searched the User's Manual, but can't find how to check the FSB speed. It defaults to 133, and I wan't to make sure that it is set on 266.
 
This is a little tricky. The FSB is double-pumped. Your FSB is indeed running at 266MHz (2 x 133MHz) even though it appears that it's running at 133MHz.
