I overclocked my Pentium 4 1.8A to 2.4GHz without touching the vcore, etc. I set the FSB to 133, so does that mean that my memory(DDR 333) is downclocked to DDR 266?

Yes. What mobo do you use? In most mobos you can run the ram asynchronus to the fsb. (3:4 or 4:5 ratio).
In that way you can run 3:4 to get DDR354 which is doable by most of ddr333.

I use an MSI 845G MAX L motherboard, but I'm not sure how to set it to 3:4 ratio.

I have a feeling that I can't change the ratios on this board. I read some posts about this board in the forums and I'm having the same problem as others, I get Auto/266/200 on the memory speed selection, but it warns me about DDR 333 instablity.
