FSB limit- CPU or Mobo?

Cant seem to get above 105 on fsb w/ my KT7/Duron combo. It will post and run all day at 7*105 w/ my Duron 700, but not above 9*105. The cpu will run at 950 (9.5*100). Ram is set at "host+pciclk".

1)Could the ram be causing the problem since it would be running at 138mhz?

2)Is the cpu the limiting factor or my Mobo?

3)Would a Tbird run at 133 fsb on the KT7?

Ive seen people running at 133 fsb but mostly Tbirds or on other mobo's. Thanks in advance.

If it is the plain KT7, then it is your motherboard. The KT133 is not particularly kind to FSB OCing. So, your best bet is to go as high of a mult as you can get... and then going with a few notches on the FSB. (or you can buy the KT7A)

The ram should not present a problem. I'm guessing that you put host+pciclk because it is 133 ram. The ram should have no problem running @138.
