I just discovered an alarming issue. When I look at my system info inside 3dMark2001, I'm told that my external clock is at 66MHz. In my CMOS settings, the clock is set at 133/133.
Manufacturer: AMD
Family: Palomino
Internal Clock: 1.49GHz
Internal Clock Maximum: 1.49GHz
External Clock: 66MHz
Socket Designation: Socket-A
Type: Central
Upgrade: LIF Socket
Capabilities: MMX, CMov, RDTSC, 3DNow!, Extended 3DNow!, SSE
Version: Model 6, Stepping 2
CPUID: 0x00000662
The reason I am looking is that when I compared with other benchmarks, my FSB shows 66 when others are at 133.
How can I confirm my board's FSB is running at 133?
I scored a 6580 at 1152x864x32, 32bit texture, FSAA off, ZBUFFER 32bit, D3D Pure Hardware T&L, Core/Memory at 227/501 . Is that even possible with the FSB running at 66MHz?
