He did the same thing at fatwallet so obviously not a mistake. Not that it matters but why break the rules if you know you will get abused?
 
I don't think it needed so many people to say that he posted in the wrong forum. He probably got the point after the first person said it. If you didn't notice he's just a member, which means he's relatively new to the forums.
