Your problem is different in that you are a new member and, as such, can't access For Sale/Trade until you have been a member for 7 days and made 25 posts. See #15 in the AnandTech Forum Guidelines. Those provisos help us weed out the scammers.

edit: I just saw your other thread and apparently you are not new but have started a 2nd account. Sigh.
