Just picked up this combo with a PNY G4 4400 for 199.99 with no rebate. Not a bad deal I think.
Funny that my video card costs more then my combo with 512megs of 2100 DDR.

PNY G4 4400: 199.99 at fry's today

XP2000+ Retail with MSI board 159.99 at fry's today
PNY 256 2100 DDR x2 19.99 AR at Office Depot a week or two ago

so I spent 200 for the video card and 200 on the MB, CPU and DDR

That's not a bad deal. I got the MSI board (same one) and the Xp 1800+ for $139 @ frys a couple weeks ago.
So far the board has been great. Not bad for the price.

Best Buy has a $50 rebate for PNY Ti4400. I don't know if this deal is exclusive to Best Buy only. I smell a price match.

thats what I did for 2 G4 4400 cards. priced matched them to fry's and sent in the rebate from best buy. 2 G4 4400 for 300. not to bad for the current prices.

Got on deal for my friend's system. Overclocked it and the board recognizes as an XP2000. Stable in Win2k Pro. No problems.

I Just bought the AMD XP2000 + MSI K7T266 Pro2-A mobo at FRY's Palo Alto. It was on sale for $159 +tax. they have other combos as well. I forgot what they were.
