In Arlington, Texas ours has a crappy-worn-out-warehouse theme!!!

It is a trashy, yet extrememly user-friendly, store.

That store gives me headaches, I can't find sh1t there...

(note to self, see if there are any athlon/mb combos this weekend, so I can go to Fry's & have a goddamn stroke finding them...)

the theme for all their stores should be the movie 'Clueless', as this describes their employees
don't their "sales representatives" make avg like 75 a year? I read that somewhere, or maybe that's their top ones

are they actually cool to look at or are they just eh...

They're really cool when first built. But they aren't kept up. The anaheim is a Space Shuttle themed store, and it was awesome when it opened. These huge projection screens has space scenes, etc. But it's all crap now, everything's busted, dirty, or turned off.

Bleh.

It should be "Ellis Island" as most of their employees speak English as a second language.. at least that how it was 5 or 6 years ago when I last visited a Fry's

Austin one is nice. very classy inside and well kept the last time i was there (its been a while). Arlington has no theme.

Hmmm....I must be missing out on something. The Fry's in San Diego doesn't have a theme to it unless you want to call it "Chez Warehouse" or something. 😛

I remember Incredible Universe used to have themes though, back before Fry's bought them out.

The Woodland Hills, CA Fry's has a Alice in Wonderland theme. When you enter the store, it's made to look like you're going down the rabbit hole. Pretty cool, actually.

I go there quite often when I visit my brother in Westlake Village, and my mom in Granada Hills.

yeah, the san diego wherehouse doesnt have a theme, unless crowded madhouse and parking lot while a kid plays Dance Dance Revolution for 10 straight hours is a theme. the san marcos store is nice and clean though. "The mystical civilization of Atlantis is alive and thriving in San Marcos with numerous aquaticfeatures icluding a 7000 gallon aquarium with live sharks." but what i dont get is having 2 huge jacob ladders near the back with big fish tanks and fountains surrounding it. yeah, lets just make sure one of those ladders dont topple.

Austin is a tribute to the city's reputation as the "Live Music Capital of the World"

I don't recall thinking that the time I went there.
