I bought a Logitech Rumblepad a long time ago from Fry's and I still have the original box. I lost the install CD and the two analog sticks are broken. Do you think I could pull off a Walmart at Fry's? Like I could say it didn't have a CD or something? I really like this controller.

No.

Frys has (in my experience) an awesome and very lenient return policy but it is "no returns after 30 days must be in original condition no exceptions".

what the hell? Take responsibility for your actions, or make whoever is responsible take it. Fry's didn't break the sticks or lose the cd, why should it have to suffer?

Logitech has a great warranty program...at least with my Z560s it's been great. Call them up (it's an LD call though) and ask.

Hmmm.... you broke it. I'd say you should buy yourself a new one.

Why should Fry's or Walmart absorb the cost of your carelessness?

No you will not be able to pull it off, if it was brand new, with in 30 days of return policy and you have a receipt but u lost cd then you could pull that off.

Aye, no..you pay nothing more b/c people return things. I would not advise this move, but people have to stop thinking that returns are passed down the each consumer.

no, because they've updated their system.
they take the serial # or something that they can use from the product then scan the system for when the item was bought.
