They will let you return pretty much anything for a refund within 30 days, it says so right on the receipt if you bothered to look at it.

Of course what the receipt doesn't tell you is they need blood, hair, and urine samples. You're refund will be in the form of FFF (fry's fun food) which of course is really overpriced iced coffee made with Great Value coffee grounds and a Hamilton Beach coffee pot. You will need to spend the entire refund at the food court within 10 minutes of the credit or the refund is void.

Other than that fry's return policy is pretty good;)

Just give it back to them in as new condition as possible, they will take it back, just say you don't want it since its defective and you would like credit.

You get a credit certificate, walk around store, buy nothing, goto register, have them give you cash or credit back your card.

I have had no problems returning items to Fry's. My only complaint is that they will only have 2-3 people working at the return/exchange counters. (Jus compare that to their check out line where they have like 20 people.)

You guys must have some strict managers at Fry's..I've never had any problem whatsoever returning stuff.

I was actually experimenting with a wireless router in my house a month or so back, and most of the stuff I bought didn't work too well, and was able to return it all with no problem at all.

There's also this incident, where I damaged my own router, and told them it was defective and got a full refund for it too :)

I paid for everything with my credit card, and have gotten full deposits back..

Exactly why I *NEVER* buy something from Fry's that has the Return Sticker of Doom on it. You never know how badly mucked the thing is once its been returned. You know very well that the orang-outans working the return counter don't actually *TEST* the returns.

you get your money back if you return it within 30 days, or 15 days for certain items. read the back of your receipt. yeesh its people who didn't read the back of their receipt that bothered me when i worked the phones at frys.

"i bought this yesterday, can i return it and get my money back?" "yes bring your receipt, the item and the original packaging to the customer service returns counter" "will i get my money back?" "you will receive a refund via the same method you paid." "so i'll get cash?" "if you paid by cash, yes"

Will they exchange items without a receipt?

I have a motherboard that was obviously bought there; the box has one of their stickers on it and is in mint condition.

I don't want my money back, I just want a replacement motherboard.
