Frys (Portland) has Epox 8KHA+ and OEM 1800+ for $189

Saw it todays add they had the Epox 8KHA+ and 1800+ combo for $189, $10 less than the deal I got in on last month.... Not quite as good a deal as last time due to price drops, but still a good deal.

didn't notice that deal here in the SF Bay Area...I just bought my setup from NewEgg last week...refurb MB/retail CPU. I should've just gone w/the OEM CPU. I'm setting the system up right now (ah, the beauty of 2 computers).

I was at the City of Industry Fry's Grand Opening. There were lots of suits from corporate who came down to support the opening. I picked up a conversation with one. He says they have 18 new locations in the works -- some will be Midwest and others East Coast.

Now if only they would go public! Would be an interesting (read: profitable) IPO! 😎

And they STILL don't have the Fry's on Lot 6 in Renton, WA built yet.

A pox upon them all - may their profits drop and cars be stricken with eternal flats for denying us these deals.

I bought this combo and I'm happy with it. I bought from Fry's only so I could run it back for a quick exchange it I would have needed it.
