its only good thru tomorrow but i just noticed it, looking @ new egg cpu goes for $240. I am not sure if hsf is included. The mobo cant be terrible it has cpu volt,ram volt multiplier adjustment for some oc'ing
I am going to return my d805 combo and pick this up today.
You have to love frys 15 day return policy i get new cpu/mobo every 14 days for the past 2 months.
It appears to only be in orange county CA. tried to pick up a second one in san diego could not do it. 🙁
 
dang same 920 deal at outpost is going for 299. Btw just as a side note, intel will be slashing their P D series prices drustically sometime around april 23rd or so.
