Yes,
Cobb county needs one, but if its a great deal, I'll drive to Gwinnett.
Far to long I've seen the great deals at Frys posted here, but only cursed and complained cuz I couldn't get in on them.

Sweet! Need on in NC! If they could stick one in Cary that would be awsome, but Raleigh would be close enough I guess.

Wooh.
First Fry's on the east coast.

Still about a thousand five hundred miles away, but still:
Everything's coming up Milhouse!

I have a friend that has applied to the one near Gwinett Mall. I thought I understood him to say it was kind of behind the Mall. That could be my mistake though. From what he told me there might be another one coming to Roswell sometime near in the future.

Anyone sure on the opening date?

Granamere, if your friend applied, did they tell him when they plan to open?

Fry's has a store opening around Steve Reynolds Blvd. Should be open within a month or so. Here is the link from where i found it.

Well, I did post quite a while ago about Fry's coming to Atlanta in this link

As to the "Need one in Cobb", if you look at the post by me (DanceMan), it said that Alpharetta was where this was going to be placed. I don't know if that's still true or not.

As I mentioned before, I think that was the reason that MicroCenter moved into Gwinnett.

Once it opens, it will be an all-out electronics war. There will be CompUSA, Circuit City, Fry's, Best Buy, HH Greg and MicroCenter all pretty close to each other. Sweet!

With the Ikea we're getting it's starting to become a better place to be more and more everyday (barring the *$&@*? traffic!)

Now, if we could only get a White Castle and kick Krystal's to the curb....well, one can only wish!

No way man!!! Need one here in Charlotte if one comes to NC. But hey, both cities can handle one. My sister lives in Cary though so if Raleigh got one, I'd be visiting her a lot more often that I do now. :)

I was in the Chicago Fry's last week and the store started looking empty. The sales guy said they're pulling items to stock the Atlanta store, he said it was cheaper to ship from Chicago than from CA. Kind of weird since I would think the stores get their shipments from regional warehouses.

Today the store look restocked.

I agree. Cobb County does need one. That is a long drive from Powder Springs. I wonder how well you can pricematch the other stores with there ads?

Thanks Fry's. I guess I won't be able to post anymore complaining about not having a Fry's around when I see
all the incredible deals posted they have that are usualy in-store only.

Yes, does Staples PM to Fry's? Could be some killer hardware deals in the ATL if so.

I'd gladly trade one of our 4 DFW Fry's for Hudson's or Gumbeaux's...
