FRYS exchange policy

I bought a cpu/motherboard combo from frys on June 10th. The motherboard been running into some problems lately and wondering how strict their exchange policy is. ECS has warranty only available to direct customers, so I'm really confused about that. Anyways, would it be impossible to exchange it? If you have any experiences please share! I'm going to call/visit frys but just curious if anybody had to deal with something like this.
 
If exceeding the the return policy posted on their reciept, u are still able to exchange if the product is non repairable and if it is within manufacture warranty. They are suppose to honor the manufacture warrenty. Dont let them give u the story about contacting the manufacture yourself for manufacture warrenty service.
