Fry's E4300 and ESC Motherboard combo

I live roughly 5 minutes drive from DFW's Fry's (US-75/Plano) but strangely enough I've bought most of my components the Egg or ZZF over the years.
For those who are ECS bashers, if you're into o/c'ing stuffs I can understand why, otherwise it's a great mobo for the cheap.

I ALWAYS make sure to take the item number with me so that the clerk can plug it into the computer and see that the deal is legit. You have to assume that a) the sales kid knows nothing and/or b) if he knows, he'd rather sell you something more expensive so have the item number.
