Anyone care to comment about the $159 P4 3.0GHz combo? Says 800Mhz FSB... wonder what kind of mobo it is.

Most likely some kind of ECS board

Probably the 848P board. No dual channel RAM support on that board, so I'd say that 3.0E might get a bit bottlenecked in some circumstances. I'm not sure exactly how much performance you lose by going single channel on a high clockspeed Prescott, but I figure it'd be noticable. Anyone know?

EDIT: Actually it is a PT800 mobo according to the second ad I finally found in my paper hidden deep within section A. The description of the ECS PT800CE on their website doesn't mention dual channel, either, so it looks like you're still going to take a bit of a performance hit compared on this compared to an 865 or 875 board.

Looks like it's a great deal for those looking to get a new digital camera. I might have to try to fight my way back to it in the morning.

Oh, the AZ Republic didn't have a Fry's ad in it. Does anyone have a link to the Phoenix Fry's ad?
