Found in Sunday's paper today, I cannot find any online versions of the ad but I will include the fine print:

This is about $199 with tax and there is a $15 rebate for the motherboard. I called this morning about 10a and they said the had 10 in stock. So the have at most 9 now 😀, Tempe location. (1 per customer, No rainchecks)

The retail for these is about $265 so it is quite a steal (even before rebate)! My receipt says the chip was $113 and the Mobo was $71.

They also have a deal for the 955 with a MSI 790X-G45 but it was $220 before rebate I believe.

It appears to be a C2 HDZ955FBK4DGI (c3 is HDX) for those what care. Could be YMMV, last time they had a deal on 965 people were getting both c2 and c3.
 
is the MSI 790X-G45 combo worth the price difference? I currently don't own a 3D card and would like to use the onboard video.
 
The NF750 has on board video and even HDMI if you wanted to do a htpc... Have no idea on the quality though.
 
I, too, jumped on this deal.

FYI, I also got the C3 stepping.

Only downside is it doesn't like to boot cold. After leaving system off over night system will BSOD _until_ 1) System warms up and 2) I turn off
power at the power supply, wait 20-30 seconds and then restart. Runs fine after that
 
ahh you guys are lucky
I was grateful enough to find the few remaining C2s... I even called up another store to see if they had any C3s (had to go by the part #, maybe they just didn't update?).

Well it's sitting in my secondary box and doing 3.8/2.8 at ok temps, good enough by my standards 🙂
