I'm running w rigs, one with XP Home and one with W2K Pro through a Speedstream 2624 wireless router. Internet just fine. I just can't seem to do file tsfrs with it. I have set all the settings just like EZLAN suggested (all DHCP), I've shut off all anti-virus, all firewalls. Shut down all rigs and router and restarted.
I can see the shared directories on each rig but each time I try to tsfr a file from the W2K rig I get: Access denied the file may be in use. The file isn't in use, they're downloads i want to tsfr from one rig to another. I can tsfr files from the XP rig to the W2K one. What am I doing wrong?
