Frozen Ipod

So I was listening to my ipod at work and all of a sudden its freezes. I try to reset it but nothing works. I even pluged in the usb cabe from my computer and it wont dectect the ipod and doesnt respond at all... its been at the same screen doesnt respond. 🙁 anyone know what to do??

Let the battery run dead and then recharge it, should work fine.
Had that problem myself and now it is fine.

Yea, since you can't physically cut the power you're going to have to wait for it to run dead. I imagine that could take days if the thing is only powering your screen.

Nah, it usually takes overnight with my ipod when it does this.
 
My brother just showed me a trick this morning. Put the ipod into hold, then take it out of hold, then hold the center button and the tip of the menu button for 8-10 seconds. The ipod will then restart itself. Nice trick actually.
