Frozen CPU

I just wanted to give a big thanks to Frozen CPU. I placed an order on Friday after hours, and then early this morning I decided I wanted to buy a Phobia temp sensor and more compression fittings.

I figured since it was the weekend, they would not touch my order until Monday, so in the off chance I added a note to try to combine the orders. I doubted they would get the message in time, but figured it might be worth a shot.

To my surprise, an hour after I placed the second order, from the day after the first order, I got an email saying they were combined, and issued a the shipping refund.

I had placed another order earlier this week for a cooling kit with pump, res and rad and all the goodies. Packing to shipping was very fast, and was packed really good, double and triple boxed with paper packing in between.

I am going to have to rep them as well. Over the last month, I've bought a TON of stuff for my liquid cooling setup and their service is superb. They've shipped most of my products the very same day! They are a little more expensive than some other online vendors but I will gladly pay a little extra for good service.

Great shop, I've been using them for years. Always ship quickly and the one time I had an issue they resolved it to my satisfaction with no fuss. Last thing I ordered was a custom cabled fan, very clean finished product.

They must be doing something on their pricing, because the Corsair fans I bought were cheaper than the Egg and Amazon. Its shipping that's pricey, but with this kind of service, money well spent.
