Frontpage 2003 error

Need a little help here. Running a web server with Win2k3SE. Users accessing web site through frontpage03 cannot save files onto the server. Getting this error: "Server error: The folder "folder name" is marked executable. You are not allowed to put files into an executable folder on this server"

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
