Frontpage 2000 with password protect

Hi, anybody know how to use Frontpage 2000
to do password protect page
such as anandtech forum where people have to apply for an account then they can login and see what's insdie
so of like login function?
also I can get the forum table to work
i have setup a table that have people to filling the information
but when it done, and plus sumit, nothing happen
I have try the password protect in frontpage, it just password protect the entire page, not quiet what i looking for.
and I HAVE SEARCH FIRST, SO NO SMART A*S REPLY WITH "SHOULD TRY SEARCH FIRST"
