Frontpage 2000 does not work with XP service pack 2?

It seems my Frontpage 2000 does not work with XP service pack 2 or possibly some other component. I get an error at 0x73e6827e about memory not being read. The repair procedure was done a couple of times as well as loading/reloading. I still cannot get FP2000 to work with XP SP2. Any ideas?

Well, I can confirm that it should work. I've got FrontPage 2000 with Win XP SP2. No problem. Wish I could suggest a fix for your problem but I have no clue.

When did you first discover this problem? Right after installing SP2? Do you also have MS Office installed? Which version? Are all of it's components working properly?

Disable DEP. That is a significant cause of incompatibilities with Windows XP SP2.

If this is what he's talking about, then that link will show you how to disable it. Not sure tho.
