FrontBay or Slot PowerTap

Has anyone seen a frontbay or slot power tap? I have a USB drive test cable (basically a USB to IDE cable) I use to test drives. I'd like to power the drives from the PC's power supply, so I'm looking for a nice powertap I can install. I remember seeing these in the past, but now that I want one I can't seem to find it (even with google)
