There's nothing partisan in what I said. It was simply a good idea for DHS to be aware of right wing extremism. They are also aware of left wing extremism.

The difference is that when I hear that they are looking into such things I think that's a good thing. Conservatives on here flipped out because they thought Obama was sending them to FEMA camps or something. It turns out the DHS was right to be on the lookout.

Attempting to explain this away simply encourages more destructive behavior like that in the future. You should be aware of your culpability in that as well.

It's interesting that he was to be in court today on drug charges and instead he chose to make a stand and go out in a hail of bullets after taking out as many people as he could.

No, he was a domestic terrorist who didn't want to face the music on other crimes he was charged with and instead decided to go down in flames, trying to take everyone he could with him. Deal with it.

Agreed. The stupidity of that question almost destroyed some of my poor brain cells. I do find it interesting that they chose to use the term "gangsters" instead of "criminals". The "gangsters" aren't trying to overthrow the government, they are common criminals. 'Sovereign citizens' advocate the violent overthrowing of the government. Freedom of speech allows them to do just that.

It's when they act on it, that is when they become domestic terrorists.

I agree that terrorism by whites is a rare and therefore noteworthy event. But shouldn't you have included commentary on why other races engage in the practice more often than whites? Your post comes across as a little raciest because of that omission.
