I am trying to get a case with front usb connected to the motherboard. The explanation and markings in the manual does not look anything like the markings on the usb cable.
Can anyone help me?

List the markings in the manual, and then list the markings on the connectors. I'll match them up for you.

On the board your pins should be-

Motherboard

Pin 1 - VCC
Pin 2 - VCC
Pin 3 - Data 0-
Pin 4 - Data 1-
Pin 5 - Data 0+
Pin 6 - Data 1-
Pin 7 - Ground
Pin8 -Ground
Pin 9 -NC
Pin 10 - NC

What are the case wires labeled as?

I had exactly the same problem when i built my new pc, i worked it out by colour, if your case came with an external usb extension have a look at it for the order of the colours then just match it across to the motherboard, if you didnt get one of those cable things with ur case then try looking for a picture online maybe. But i also found the diagram useless, but luckily i had another usb connector to examine and copy.

I wouldn't put that much faith into case makers using the right color wires.

Well mine works fine, its not the case makers, what i mean is its a usb extension cable that plugs straight into the motherboard but all the wires are incased as one plug rather an individual wires so when i had to do the wires individually i just looked at the incased version as a reference.

I know what you mean - the usb bracket that comes with the mobo- but I have found on several cases that th color coding of the wires coming from the case usb ports is not standard with the exception of VCC and ground.

Ah right fair enuff, but if you look it should still have the names written down such as VCC etc anyway but i found it to be a good guide.

One thing i will say is get a good pair of tweezers when you set it up.... its damn fiddly i had to do it for two ports and both were a pain in the arse but its worth the effort of the frontal usb anyway.

I'll second that. Where is this guy with his cable description anyway. He probably had the firewire cable.
