front panel buttons

when connecting the front panel buttons to the Mobo does it matter which way i put them in as long as they go on the pins they're supposed to?

As far as I am aware I don't think it matters the way round you connect the buttons - the orientation of the LEDs does matter though. Perhaps someone else could confirm?

Well if they don't work, just turn it around and plug them in. That's what I always do. I know that it does matter which way you connect them though. As for which ones and which way, I do not know. I don't think there's a possibility of frying the board if you connect them the wrong way???

AFAIK, the power/reset switch is a momentary switch. So either direction the 2 pin connector will work. the led is different. Just look in your manual or on the mobo and figure out which pin on the LED light connector is and you should be ok. Again, if one way doesn't work, just flip it.
