Front panel audio board

I've got a basic 2 jack (headphones and microphone), 10 pin front audio connector that connects to the 10 pin audio connector on my motherboard. It came with my Thermaltake case, but it has been unreliable. I want to replace this board. Where can I find something like this? Thanks in advance.

Unreliable? Its just the 2 jacks and wire connecting into the motehrboard. If there has been issues with it its on the mothboard side not the connectors. There are no electronics between the motherboard connection and the jacks. Only problem you might have on the jack end is the wire coming loose. An easy solder job will fix that.

Just re-soldering the pins is probably all it needs, but I don't have my soldering iron anymore. It might cost as much to buy one as to replace the board, and I was never very good at soldering. I would probably end up melting the PCB or the jack insulation, and it would be beyond repair.
