Hello everyone i have the Asus a7n266-vm motherboard. my case has a hole in the front for a headphone jack but no jack so i went to radio shack and brought a jack on the jack there are three tabs ones ground and 2 others which im assumeing are the data ones or whatever my question is how will i wire it to my mother board? in the manuel the audio connecter pins go like this

MIC--AGND
MICPWR--NC
Lineout_FR--Lineout_RR
NC--
LineOut_FL--Lineout_RL

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Well the most likely answer would be the Lineout FR and Lineout FL pins. This would give you Front Left and Front Right audio channels to your jack.

I agree with Drewpy. Use the lineout FR and FL. You will also need to connect a ground to the headphone jack. Looks like this is probably the MIC-AGND connection.
