Hello All,

I recently pruchased a 07 Hyundai Sonata and wanted to protect the front end from bugs and rocks. I drive the interstate 5 days out of the week. I was wondering if anyone has had good sucess ordering from a online website that has car bras. I tried to order from autoanything and they keep backordering the lebra I ordered. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Mike

The stongard looks nice but unfortunately at this time I do not have the extra money. I know I had looked at the 3m as they had some stick on protection film. Thanks again RKS for your suggestion.

Thanks,

Mike

a bra will wear the paint badly (if it rubs at all), or leave paint being less faded than the rest. I personally avoid them

Go with a Clear Shield or the 3M clear bra. They are some money, though. The Clear Shield ran a little of $700 for my vehicle; full front, 1/3 of the hood, part of the fenders, mirrors and the door handle inserts.

I wish I could afford to get the clear shield or the 3m but at this time money is a little tight. I guess for right now I will try the the car bra to see if that will do what I want for now. Any one else had experience with them or know where to buy one.

Thanks,

MIke

Car bras are like plastic sofa covers. OK, so you protect whats underneath, but you don't get to enjoy it, either. The only exception I can think of is for something like Car and Driver's trip to the Northwest Passage in a Corvette, where you'd put the thing on for that one trip and then take it off again.

I guess my goal with the car bra was to protect the car from the love bugs and the wonderful rocks the dump trucks kick up or throw off. I was hoping someone could let me know where they may have ordered from and if they really liked having it on their car.

Thanks,

Mike

I ordered from the ebay. And I think it is guaranteed. Now I am using my car bra.
