Check the manuel for the card and see if it even supports front panel audio. But the motherboard manuel will show you what front panel audio connection it supports and where to find it. Your only going to use one of the 2 provided connectors.
OK here is the Newegg images of your board. Looking at the 7th image wich shows the sound card. You can see the pins there on the right coming from the green block. Looks like there is a word there printed on the board. If thats not an indicator of what connection it wants its at least telling you its the front panel audio connection. Somewhere in the Manuel should be a picture of this connection IDing each pin or IDing which connection should use. The Manuel may be vague but this is standard information every Manuel has.
Additional note: Now that you know where to look it may be as simple as compairing the pin araingment with the connectors. You'll see that one of the pins are missing and the one of the holes in each connector is blocked off. Match the pins with the connector and your good to go.
