Wow, this is a tuffie!

let's see -

you can use telnet to your own hostname, most telnet client will
print out the ip

or use traceroute to your hostname, it will printout your ip

or use arp with your hostname, you will see...

or use nslookup with your hostname, etc etc

All given that you don't know ifconfig...
