Frivolous lawsuit strikes again - NY state edition

The husband of a wrong way driver who was shown to be drunk and high is suing NY state claiming poor highway upkeep and signage are solely to blame. But then also suing the owner of the van his wife was driving. The owner of the van, Warren Hance had 3 daughters die from the crash.

I cannot wait to hear Adam Carolla go off on this guy. I hope this guy, Daniel Schuler has a very unhappy life and everyone he sees knows of the pain he has caused.
