I thought the show got better as it went along.

Monica was definitely the hottie in the group - competetive, a great cook and a compulsive cleaner. I love all three of those qualities qualities in women.

early rachel, before she lost all that weight was smokin' hot. she had a nice rack, and her body was curvier. thin rachel wasn't too shabby at all, but early rachel....mmmmmmm.

hottie in the sense of the full package. I still think she is hot, and maybe Rachel is better looking, but with the character traits, she is leaps and bounds hotter than the others. Phoebe was just too flighty.

QFT - Phoebe would be 3rd choice. Rachel was by far the hottest
