What do you think about friends with benefits? Is this something that is OK to do, or something that you try to avoid all together? I used to be super-against it, and would even tell people that I don't do that stuff, but I've been finding that it's something that happens all too frequently now for me. Last night for example, I could have avoided it, and said no 100 times, but it just happened. I feel (deservedly) hypocritical for talking about not doing it before, and now justifying obscure reasons to myself why it's okay to do it now. After something like this happens, I really do feel bad about it.. especially right in the morning and most times I end up apologizing. Is this something normal, do any of you know what I'm talking about? I think that if I had a girlfriend that this situation would just naturally resolve itself.. because I have a certain moral conviction that would prevent me from cheating, and it would be exclusive. What do you think about friends with benefits?

14. Don't be offended if I don't ask if you enjoyed it - I don't care.
15. You cannot borrow my car for any reason.
16. If anyone asks who you are, the standard response will be: "My roommate's
girlfriend/boyfriend."
17. Doggie style is the preferred position - the reason is less eye contact the better.
19. No condoms, no fucking. Carry your ass home.
20. Bring your own drink - I am not your liquor store.
21. No phone use, please - don't want anyone calling back looking for your ass.

It's really not something that I stay over for. I just went over, talked a while and messed around. I have no intention of getting into a relationship with her. It wasn't even full out hardcore stuff.
