Now I know she has a bf, and also shes my GOOD friends older sister.... I wouldnt mind doing stuff with her, but me being close with her brother and knowing she has a bf, should I go for it and hope none of them find out?

When I was a kid and I watched a lot of Scooby Doo I used to call that kind of stuff "clues." And anytime Scooby followed those "clues" he "solved" the "mystery." I suggest you do the same.

She's your brother's sister, AND she has a boyfriend. Definitely off-limits.

My best friend's sister used to be really flirty + she is a really pretty girl so... (she has become a good friend of mine now that she is older). Some of my best friend's mutual friends would flirt with her, which kind of freaked me and my best friend out a bit. But she was just being coquettish and nothing would have ever happened, and she was in high school at the time. She has turned out to be a girl I admire. 🙂 Not my type as anything more than a friend, but she is quite a catch now.

Anyways... it is my best friend's sister, so a definite rule of the BROS before.... (not that women are that, it is just a phrase)

But it is just a silly phrase, which is only partly true and only on extremely rare occassions. In this case I would say it is just a silly phrase.
