38psi on a non sleeved block? I doubt that will last long. What is the correct factor applied on the dyno chart you posted? Seems rather high for 14 psi.

Wasn't SAE corrected. So it should be about 445/1.02, which is 436whp.

My 2.0l is the exact opposite of his:

9.2:1 compression ratio on ~27psi of boost tapering down to 20psi by redline.

It makes just under 400 lb.ft and 310-315whp (those numbers are based on MAF airflow, I haven't gotten it on the dyno yet). Stock turbo, stock motor. I finally put the methanol injection on for safety, and a catless downpipe which lowered my spool up by about 300rpm.

I'm jealous of that red line though.

diffs are $$$ for the s2000

partly why if I boosted it I would just S/C it

Stock diffs can be had for $500 all day, but as soon as the first one is toast I would get an R200 conversion from the 300zx and not worry about it...

Torque is torque. High boost S/C setups usually make about 240wtq. Almost twice as much as the stock diff is rated for. Completely different power delivery though. I would definitely prefer the S/C as well, but for those that are into power (400whp+), turbo is the only route.
