Seinfeld changed TV. Friends rode the seinfeld wave. This is an easy question. Although I did make use of PIVOOOOOTTTTT!! this past weekend.
 
wow i didnt expect such a landslide. i really like friends, i did like seinfeld but once youve seen an episode it sucks watching it again. maybe its just been way overplayed i guess.

i think friends is funnier though.
 
I don't know why people keep making these "Friends vs. Seinfeld" threads when Seinfeld trounces Friends each time, and rightfully so. Seinfeld is one of the funniest, wittiest and most culturally assimilated sitcoms in TV history... Friends is about a bunch of 20-somethings sitting on a couch at a cafe trying to look pretty while sleeping with each other and getting into ridiculous situations that contain little to no humor, but hey, at least they're pretty.
 
Friends was, at best, not annoying. That's about it.

I'd probably even pick ...ugh... Everybody Loves Raymond over Friends.

ah shit, I <3 Arrested Development. Just got the rest of season 3 from Netflix...now I can watch all the seasons sequentially 🙂
