Actually, my A, S, and D keys are getting a little marred, too, but nowhere near the scale of his. I think I've been using this one for over 4 or 5 years now?

Ive had my keyboard for almost 10 years, the keys originally had a sort of textured surface, now the well used keys are polished smooth and shiny.

Is this guy a werewolf or something? How do you get those kinds of scratch marks?

geez what the hell did he do to that poor thing! it sure as hell wasn't typing. pretty damn nasty to boot.

He doesn?t touch type, he taught himself his own way to type I think when he was 8 or 9 on Tandy coco. Like I said I have never seen anyone wear through keys, don?t see how it didn?t break.

I taught my self how to type too, and I type alot differently than most others. People are taught to use all their fingers and on the home keys. I use three fingers on both hands. My index fingers do most of the typing. Back space, enter and right shift I use my right pinky. My left shift my left pinky and space my left thumb. My point is, how does his own way of typing result in to that? It looks like he took a knife to it a couple times.

I dont believe a keyboard is worth wearing out.
I just get cheap ones and replace them every year.

He needs a model M. I bet if he had one of those the keys would still be close to perfect condition ....
