Friend's having computer issues

Hey Anandtech, I'm posting on behalf of my friend who seems to be having some computer issues that I can't quite figure out really, perhaps someone more knowledgeable on this forum could give me a hand.

He's having a problem with his RAM, he's only able to keep 1 stick plugged in at a time, any more and the computer will BSOD on bootup it seems, we've tried the other sticks and it does the same thing regardless of what stick we use, so it can't be the RAM being the issue, but I have heard of the processor socket type he's using having issues with dual channel ram, if that may be the issue or not, any insight would be greatly appreciated.

His dxdiag is contained in the link below, ask any questions and I will most likely be able to answer them shortly, thanks to anyone that helps.

A few things to try:

Try a single stick of RAM in the second slot (leave the first slot empty) and see if you get errors. If so, it's likely a problem with the second RAM slot itself.

Look for a setting in the BIOS to use the memory in Single Channel mode instead of Dual, then install two RAM sticks and see if you still get the errors.

The first one likely isn't the issue since he just bought a new motherboard a month ago and seems to be getting the exact same issue, but I'll report on what happens with both possible solutions.
