I don't think Raidmax makes the best PSU's

Get Motherboard Monitor 5 on there. Enable the "sys log" feature (I seem to keep posting this same message today?) choose to have it record temp and volt readings to a text.doc. Choose intervals of one second.

After it crashes, go back and have a look at the text.doc and see if there was any volt fluctuations or temp prob causing the shutdown.

EDIT: Just noticed the ram is PC2700 (@166mhz) and CPU is a 200mhz. Either he's running out of synch (CPU and ram at diff speeds) which at best hinders performance with an XP system, or at worst can cause these probs. Or, he's got the ram OC'd to 200mhz speeds, which may be too much for it to handle w/o slower timings or more vdimm

I also see he's got some PC3200 mixed in. And he's got two diff sized sticks in there. Pull out the 256MB PC 2700 and see if the problems stop.
