If they're trying to slice you up, sure, but let's be serious: Unless the man happens to be relatively small, there's not a lot of harm your average woman can do with fists alone. It may not feel great, but she would probably only get in a few swings before you could just restrain her.

If a woman hit you in the eye, nose, throat, or testicles, she could cause a lot of pain, no matter how big a guy is. If she's hitting you in the chest/stomach, then i'd agree.

Unfortunately, many women will try to actually hurt a guy and go for the vulnerable spots.
