This might be a stolen item, but leaving that aside.
In general, FX-57s sell much cheaper when they have the "cold-bug", which means they don't work under sub-zero temperatures generated by high-end cooling. If you are one of these whimps on air or water then you can pick up a FX-57 like that with no disadvantages. It won't perform much better than a good week Opteron 939, though.
