Day old rice,
Yellow Onion, diced,
Bean sprouts,
Eggs,
Meat (Pork, Chicken and Shrimp),
Salt & White pepper powder,
Soy sauce,
MSG

From a place that I used to work at when I was in Highschool. You figure out the ratio. :D

Just add whatever leftovers you have left and cook it. (Just make sure it looks good enough to eat)

Instead of using day old rice (coz that would mean you have to wait for one day to eat...and I want it NOW!!), instead boil the rice fresh, place it outside uncovered and spread out a bit in a big bowl/plate for about 15 mins and then dump it in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes.

When you remove it out, it will be cold and no longer sticky and perfect for friend rice. Of course it's not very efficint for your freezer to have a hot plate of rice in there, but thats why you keep it out for a while.
