we had some power outages in our neighbourhood this morning. then my dell dimension 4600 won't start, the power light wouldn't go on. so i called the tech support. they told me my PSU died, so because i'm out of warranty i have to by it myself. the number they gave me was "2Y054" they said that if i called up dell shopping 800 number then i would be charged for the new psu. any suggestions before i buy a new psu?
